I ordered this as a gift, but didn’t find out until after my order shipped that the seller was not able to send the gift message I filled out along with my order. Not sure why that’s an option if it’s not possible. Don’t want to drag the shop rating down but I was disappointed.

Is There a Guarantee That I Will Receive My Item by a certain date?
Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee delivery on or before a date that you request when you choose regular shipping. The delivery dates on your invoice are ESTIMATED dates by Etsy. Due to the unpredictability of the post office, busier holiday seasons, weather, and other factors such as shortage of staff due to Covid, I simply cannot promise something that is out of my control. Further, with the current pandemic, I might update the estimated shipping date.
Custom and personalized orders
I will send you a draft of what your product will look like BEFORE you purchase the item & UPON REQUEST. Keep in mind that providing a draft for your approval and/or making more than one edit could delay the processing time. NOTE: Mugs are printed on both sides and each side can have a different phrase or photo.
If you want something different than what’s on the listing, I can change the text on almost all product types. There is no character limit for most items, but the more text you add, the tinier the design will be. If you have ordered the item, please put a note in the order, or contact seller. If you have not, please use the CUSTOM REQUEST link.
When Will I Receive My Order?
Processing times for each item are subject to change depending on the volume and time of the year. Please note: the processing time is longer during holidays such as Christmas. Processing is the time it takes me to create your order and send it in to be placed in the printing and packing queue. Items will ship AFTER the processing is complete. Priority shipping does NOT speed up the processing. Actual Delivery of your item could take several days once it’s shipped (even longer with the current pandemic). Depending on the item, my products are printed and shipped from Arizona, California, Missouri and Pennsylvania.
Do You Give Refunds and Accept Cancellations?
Effective starting 2022, I will accept cancellations within 2 hours of purchase. Due to the personalized nature of my products, I do not accept returns. I do not give refunds EXCEPT if the item is damaged upon receipt or you receive an incorrect item - I can of course remedy this situation.
However, I’m happy to replace your item for free if it arrives damaged or the printing is defective or if you receive the wrong item. I do require photos of damaged or defective products before I send a replacement. However, PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THE ADDRESS WHEN ORDERING. I will not resend the item again for free if an incorrect address is given. This also applies to orders where you wanted a different size or made a mistake in the personalization.
Do You Offer Upgraded Shipping?
Yes, we offer USPS priority mail for many items for US orders (but NOT for two tone mugs). Please note that there is an added cost of $2-3.50 for US Domestic and $20.50 for International orders, in addition to the regular shipping charge. . Upgrades will show up during purchase.
Also, please note that choosing expedited does not speed up the processing time. The processing times will be longer during holidays, so plan accordingly. I CANNOT expedite processing times.
IMPORTANT: Upgraded shipping may not always be available. There are a few items where this is not available. There are unforeseen circumstances that arise and I may not be able to order expedited shipping.
Where Are My Items Processed and Shipped From?
Updated February 15 2021 & subject to change:
All 11 oz, 15oz, White and Black Mugs, 11 oz. two tone mugs, shot glasses, water bottles, coasters, and beer steins are all printed and shipped by my production partner in Pennsylvania.
All other items such as aprons, wine glasses, laser engraved tumblers, pillow covers, and rock glasses are printed and shipped by my production partners in Arizona, Missouri or California.
Can You Include Gift Notes with your Order?
I'm sorry but I cannot enclose gift notes with orders.
Can I Add Expedited Shipping after I have placed my order?
Yes, but it must be added within 12 hours of placing your order during non busy seasons, I send orders in the same day. Please contact me right away.
Where Do I Send my Photo?
If your order requires a photo, you can either send it here on Etsy messages by simply attaching it. For photos on mugs, a photo that is longer than it is wide will look the best. Please send a clear photo. I will change the DPI to 300 or 400, but if photos are blurry or grainy to begin with, they won’t turn out well on the mug.
