We do our very best to always ship your order on schedule. If for any reason your order is time sensitive, please let us know in a message so we can monitor your order closely. Wedding or time sensitive customers - please provide roughly 2 weeks for delivery prior to when you need your order. This is to ensure you stay stress free :) If your wedding/need by date is less than 2 weeks from your expected ship date, we reserve the right to request overnight shipping be paid, or cancel the order if we cannot fulfill it in time.

We provide a complimentary proof for every personalized and custom order to ensure there are no surprises when you receive your order. We offer one set of free revisions and a new proof for your approval after revisions are made. If there are multiple revisions, please keep in mind this will require additional time and a fee. It is the buyers responsibility to review your proof for accuracy. Important: Once we send your proof, please respond within 1-2 business days to ensure your order stays on schedule. Your order will be delayed if the proof is not approved in a timely manner.

Mulberry Market Designs does not accept returns, however if you wish to exchange a (returnable) item for a different size or color, we would be happy to help. Just send us a request via email. Please ensure that you open and inspect your delivery as soon as possible and contact us for any concerns.

Due to our high order volume, cancellations are only accepted if we have not began working on the order. If the order is custom/personalized and has began the design phase, a cancellation will incur a 20% restocking fee. We cannot cancel an order once it actually begins the printing phase, or has been completed.

PROCESSING TIMES

Please read our lead times before ordering. Most items ship within 5-7 business days. Wedding signs are 3-4 weeks.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to our very high order volume and workload, we do not accept changes to orders after the order has been placed for more than 1 week. Any changes requested after that will have to be determined if the order has already been completed.

Cancellations are only accepted within two days of the order being placed. After two days, a cancellation will incur a 20% restocking fee.

CONTACT HOURS

Monday - Friday | 9am - 4pm (No weekends or holidays)
If you send an email over the weekend, please patiently await our response by Monday and please refrain from sending multiple emails, as this will cause your email thread to be bumped to the back of our list which will take longer. Due to our high volume of emails, we do our best to respond within 24 hours, but sometimes it can take a little longer.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

When placing your order, please provide at least a 2 week cushion of shipping time before your wedding / event. We no longer accept orders that cut shipping too close. We want our Brides/customers to be stress free! **If you place an order with a ship date that is too close to your wedding date (without prior approval) Mulberry Market cannot be held responsible for your order arriving late. If shipping becomes a problem, Mulberry Market reserves the right to request the customer to pay for express shipping.**

DAMAGES, COMPLAINTS, OR LOST PACKAGES

We hate when mistakes happen or something arrives damaged, but we happily want to make it right for you, so please reach out to us (BEFORE LEAVING A REVIEW, OR OPENING A CASE) That way we can promptly handle any issues or mistakes, and ensure you are very satisfied with your order and the resolution to your problem. We cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or late packages, but we will do our very best to help however we can! If you have had packages lost or stolen before to your address, we recommend adding insurance to your order. Please read our shop hours listed above to be aware of our response times. If you email regarding an issue from Friday evening through the weekend, please be patient for a response by Monday.

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE!

You can check a shipping quote by visiting the listing you like and inputting your state/country. We are happy to provide quotes too, if your shipping price ever seems too high. Please keep in mind that UK orders can incur customs fees. This is required by UK law.
