➸A: We hate when mistakes happen or something arrives damaged, but we happily want to make it right for you, so please reach out to us (BEFORE LEAVING A REVIEW, OR OPENING A CASE) That way we can promptly handle any issues or mistakes, and ensure you are very satisfied with your order and the resolution to your problem. (Please keep in mind that resolving any issue can take time since we want to carefully and thoughtfully help you.)

➸A: Our listings automatically combine to ensure you are not charged too much in shipping. Make sure to order each item you want together, as one whole order. Don't forget to check out our package bundles! Larger orders will take longer than our standard lead time. It's important to provide your need by date / wedding date, to ensure your order gets to you in plenty of time. ⚠️If your shipping rate (within the U.S.) exceeds $70, once everything is in your cart, please message me so we can get it down to a more accurate cost! ⚠️

LEAD TIMES | SHIP DATES | LARGE ORDERS

OUR LEAD TIMES:

• PLEASE check our listings to view our lead time. Each item varies for production time.


♥ SHIP DATES: The ship date provided on your receipt is automated by Etsy, not Mulberry Market, so it can fluctuate by a few days depending on our work load and your place in line with our orders. Our signs are of very high demand, so we appreciate your patience!


♥ LARGE ORDERS: If you plan to place a large order, please note that at least 1 week will be applied to our current lead time to complete your order. We are happy to provide an est. ship date. We can also set up combined shipping for you to save you money!

LOCAL CUSTOMERS, QUESTIONS & CUSTOM ORDERS

♥ ARE YOU LOCAL AND WANT TO GET FREE SHIPPING?

RETURNS & CANCELATIONS

Mulberry Market Designs generally does not accept returns or exchanges. Since we are a high volume store, we allot a certain amount of time for orders each month. If you choose to cancel your order, this will result in a loss for our small business that cannot be refilled. We appreciate your understanding with our policies.

Cancelations are accepted only on a case by case basis, and only within 24 hours. Any cancelations that are accepted after that, will require a restocking fee.

LOST PACKAGES

In the event that your package is LOST or has stopped tracking; please let us know as soon as it reaches its past due arrival date. Sometimes delays can happen, so it's not always the case that your package is lost. We cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages, but we will do our very best to help however we can! If you have had past problems with deliveries to your address, we recommend adding insurance to your order.

PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER

We value our customers and we truly want you be happy with your purchase. If your item arrives and is damaged, or not what you had hoped it would be, please message us promptly and we will be happy to come up with a solution that fits your needs. Please email us prior to leaving any reviews on our shop. We always appreciate the opportunity to help you first! :)

SHIPPING COSTS

Mulberry Market Designs reserves the right to request more shipping charges, if the shipping comes to more than what you paid (within reason). Unfortunately shipping costs are just estimates and can fluctuate depending on the weight of your items the number of packages they are needing to be shipped in, and the distance you are from our location. We do our very best to quote accurate shipping costs. We always strive to ensure you never pay too much in shipping, so we always refund you if you pay too much! If your cart shows a shipping charge that seems too high, just email us and we'll be happy to take a look and set up a custom invoice for you to make things easier!

Please take notice that although Etsy advertises VAT (custom fees) are included in our store's pricing, this is NOT the case. Unfortunately this is an ongoing glitch in Etsy's system so we want to make sure that our European customers are well informed that they could possibly be charged a customs fee upon receiving their order. This is normally not a hefty fee, but nevertheless we are not responsible for these charges. These charges are based on your countries taxes and import fees. Thank you for your understanding!
