As I work quite a bit in polymer clays (an oven baked clay) my oven is often
cranking away at 250 degrees!
In fact all my products are made in my Andover MA USA kitchen

If for some reason you are not happy with your item, please let me know.
I accept returns but for MERCHANDISE CREDIT ONLY less shipping cost paid at sale...Cost of return shipping is paid by buyer as well

given by buyer within 7 days of receipt of item****
I package items extremely carefully so if something arrives damaged also please let me know
Notice of damage in shipping shall be given within 2 days of receipt of item with photos of damage to be provided
Please also note work is for display only, and after safe delivery there are no warranties against breakage.

Other items that need to be made up should ship within a week of payment received
unless otherwise noted.
Please note most items are made to order.
Time may vary depending on the piece and quantity.
Note that I do my best to get items made and shipped within the timeframe noted however if there are multiple items in the order it may take longer to make up the order.
If it is during a busier time of year such as holidays and wedding season time may vary .
If you need the order expedited please note this at time of purchase and/or contact me .
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
To my international customers, due to increase in shipping costs for items shipped from US internationally, I have had to increase shipping charges accordingly.
I do however always try to get the best rate and when possible will refund
the difference to you
