Announcement   "Once upon a time, when women were birds, there was the simple understanding that to sing at dawn and to sing at dusk was to heal the world through joy. The birds still remember what we have forgotten, that the world is meant to be celebrated."

-Terry Tempest Williams.

It is spring! March Madness is upon us and to honor this please write to me if there is a piece that speaks to you but you are unable to pay full amount. I will entertain all serious offers...starving artist sale!

She is incredible. When I first saw her there was something subconscious and mysterious that called to me. Something intuitive and the beautiful details & special symbolism she holds for me, and also your inspiring words Rebekah Dawn. Thank you, thank you. She helps me to remember

I love her deeply wise crone presence and intensely profound beauty! On my journey surrendering to my ever spiraling metamorphosis, relieving my resistance into love's embrace. Thank you so very much ❤

About

A United Plant Savers Botanical Santuary is Born!

I have always loved the wild plants and animals of my homes which have ranged from the Sonaran Desert of the Southwest, to the far northern arctic desert of the Tananna Valley in Alaska's interior. Moving to the Heart-land, and all its mono-crop glory would be difficult I thought. But ah, the diversity of life here, the trees, the insects, the plants to learn are legion. The four season climate is astonishing and wonderful to me. After dabbling in herbal studies for many years I have finally been pushed over the edge. A pull stronger than the need to breath has forced my hand to write queries, seek teachers, submit proposals, and dream of a Botanical Learning Center and retreat. This year we officially became a United Plant Savers Botanical Sanctuary. I named it for the most beautiful work of art I have ever known: the huge 4 acre labyrinth my husband mapped out and carved lovingly onto our land to act as a meditation garden. 'Labyrinth Gardens' now offers monthly plant walks and medicine making workshops. Come join us on the first Saturday of each month if you are in the area! I will also be teaching at the Midwest Herbal Conference in Wisconsin this June. What does this have to do with my Mulberry Mudd shop? Well, my inspiration comes from the plants, from the animals, from the wildness that survives and grows here in the farm desert of GMO corn and Monsanto Agribusiness like a dandelion pushing up through the pavement. My herbalist self and my artist self are married to one another, roots and limbs of the same tree. Wild beauty is everywhere if we have the patience to look for it. And lessons abound if we will only spend the time to listen.

Greetings. Mulberry Mudd is a shop of adoration for all things sacred. And all things are. Beauty comes to us in every moment if we can be open to its influence we can then be said to "walk in beauty". Beauty is before me, beauty is behind me, beauty is beside me above me and below me.

Payment
Payments can be made by e mail (paypal), or by mail (check or cash). Item(s) will be shipped within four business days after payment is received.
Shipping
. Items will be shipped priority and come with tracking, confirmation, and insurance. I spend many hours making these creations and more hours carefully boxing them. My boxes are not always the prettiest I am a one woman show and I try not to buy new boxes, I reclaim them from a variety of sources and sometimes they are chopped up and made new to fit my pieces. Each box is tested for durability. Thank you for being green with me and saving tons of corrugated cardboard and packaging materials.
Refunds and Exchanges
My work is 100% insured for the shipping journey on domestic purchases. Because international insurance is very hard to have honored I am no longer able to offer refunds on international purchases. Read: all international purchases are final. This is because I have had customs officers open my boxes and not re pack them very well...Then the Post office is not liable and will not honor the insured amount. It is a crazy world.
Additional policies and FAQs
Please allow at least 48 hours for me to reply to an inquiry. Or problem.

I live a simple life by choice. I may not be able to reply to an e mail the same day. I typically have my computer/e mail time in the morning as a part of my chores on Monday through Friday. Animal and kid emergencies, and non-emergency activities, farm work and plant adoration take me happily away from cyber space for long stretches of time. I will probably not get back to you in an hour or two...unless I am on line and you catch me. I do not have or desire a mobile connection. I try to get back to folks within 24 hours Monday through Friday. Please be aware that I typically do not spend any time in cyber space Friday evening through Sunday (this saves my sanity). So if you write to me on a Friday afternoon it is possible that I will not get back to you until Monday morning. If I am on vacation or away for a longer amount of time I will let you know this. I appreciate your patience and will also allow you time to reply to any questions I might have for you.
