Turning my love of quilting into a business...

All my life I've loved to create. I learned to quilt to make my son a baby quilt and I've been quilting ever since. My passion has expanded to include dying my own fabrics, fabric painting, and creating one-of-a-kind art quilts. There's always a project or technique I want to try, so my work is always fresh, exciting, and new.
I was thrilled have three articles published in ART QUILTING STUDIO magazine, two of my landscape art quilts featured in two episodes of the PBS TV special "QUILTS OF WISCONSIN" , and an article in QUILTING DIGEST (Sept 2021).
Retirement has given me the time to open my Etsy shop to share my love of quilting with you. Everything in my shop is a unique product, hand made by me with the very best quality fabrics, batting, and threads I can find.
I think it's important to give back, so I donate a portion of my profits and create quilts and quilted items to several worthy charities (see my blog).
