We accept Paypal only.
Payment is due at the time of order or within 3 days.

You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay by credit card, just click on the PayPal and credit card symbols during checkout. You will be given the option to pay by credit card without a PayPal account
Everything ships out within 3-4 days after we received the payment.

Your order will be shipped to the address entered on your ETSY order, not your Paypal address. Please make sure that your ETSY address is accurated!!

We ship worldwide using Registered International Airmail service. It should take between 7-14 working days to arrive (Please note that shipping times will vary depending on your location)..

We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect address or lost.

This has been brought to my attention that the registered packages printed via onlines services are no longer trackable until they are at the destination. This does not mean we have not sent your package out in due time, it means to postal service does not update your parcels information at the time of shipment, rather they do so when they scan your parcel for delivery.

Please understand we will assist you in any way with issues regarding your package delivery, but cannot be held responsible for loss, damage, or delay. As we are not the postal service and are not processing or delivering your mail. We insure all packages for your convenience and will give you all pertinant tracking info, feel free to convo at any time.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you feel you received something different than what you ordered please contact me after received of items. We will consider about return items on case by case basis.

The refund will not include shipping, and will be sent once we get the item back.
