We value you as a customer and our goal is for you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase. We do our utmost that the items are in tip top shape when shipped out.
Since all my items are handmade, slight inconsistencies in stitching and sizing may occur. Also not all computer screens are created equal, colors may vary.
If in doubt of the actual size or color of an item please contact me for verification.
We accept payment with your credit card or PayPal account.
We ship worldwide via Canada Post. First class within Canada, air mail to USA.
International orders please contact us prior to placing the order for shipping rates if not posted on the listing.
Please note that some European countries have VAT and other import fees. Customer is responsible for any extra fees. If in doubt please check with your local post office.
Custom orders will be shipped in 2-3 weeks. If you need a rush shipment please contact prior to placing the order.
Expedited shipping available for extra $8 charge (Canada and US).
Refunds and Exchanges
In the event you would like to exchange or return an item please contact us within 3 days after receiving the shipment to make arrangements.
The customer is responsible for the return postage.
Once the item arrives safely in its original condition your money will be refunded in the same manner as the original purchase was paid for.
**Shipping, insurance and handling are non-refundable**
We regret that CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
If I have made a mistake or the item is defective I will gladly replace the item.
