Return/Exchange Policy

Due to the handmade nature of these products, and for sanitation purposes, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However if you are unsatisfied with your order, please send us a message. We will do our best to rectify the problem.

What if my item is damaged in transit?

We do our best to package your items with the most protection possible. In the event your item arrives damaged, please send us a message within 3 days of receiving your order. You may be asked to provide photos or take the item back to the postal provider for further inspection. Unfortunately the policies for damaged goods claims are made by the couriers, and therefore vary. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to the risk and procedures involved in making a damaged item claim.

Item Lost/Not Received In Transit

In order to provide the best possible delivery experience, all orders will be tracked and insured by the courier. In the event your item is delivered but not received by you, you will need to lodge an inquiry with the courier. Mummysaurus Makes is not responsible for lost/stolen parcels.
