Great seller. I asked for the back of the letters to be a different color and she was more than happy to accommodate me. Shipping was faster than expected considering each letter is hand stitched VERY well. The stitching is so well done I would say the seller is a little OCD about everything being perfect. Will use this seller again when kids are ready for numbers.

I ordered this item on November 11, 2015 and it was not shipped until December 4th. After contacting the seller a couple of times and not getting a response, she finally let me know she had been ill and would be shipping it the following day. While the item was in transit I contacted her to follow up about an ETA, but she carelessly told me to check my local post office, which of course I had already done, and that "handmade items take time." If she is going to need an excessive amount of time to make her products, she should be warning customers prior to taking a payment. Almost 4 weeks to cut some pieces into pizzas is ridiculous, there is not even any sewing involved. I have ordered far more detailed felt items from other Etsy shops before and they were shipped within 1-2 weeks. I won't be ordering from this shop again.

I ordered this item overy 2 months ago and it still hasn't shipped... I had to contact them just to find out what was going on... I'm going to cancel the order at this point...

Worth the wait. Each letter and number is hand stitched with care. Super durable to stand up to a group of preschoolers. They had fun trying to sort through the numbers today during circle time to ISpy their number. Thanks.

I just received my order and it is beautiful. I got the rainbow letters and the board I she made for me as an extra was pink felt and the letters were glued on. I got my sons name ♥️girlfriends name. Everyone that I showed so far really likes it. You should check out this shop she puts a lot of her heart in her work
