Accepted payment methods
Cancellation Policy: I expect payment within 24 hours of your purchase. I will send you a reminder email if I dont receive it immediately, and I will cancel the sale if I still have not received payment within another 48 hours.
A caveat... I can do my part to get your item in the mail, but I cannot control our United States Postal Service. Please be understanding and contact me if you have questions regarding the whereabouts of your order.
Occasionally I will have supplies on back order and will not be able to have your item shipped within that time frame. In this instance, I would convo you and let you know as soon as possible.
There are times where I can accommodate you if you are in a pinch and I can get things turned around right away. Convo or email me your special needs. My policy is to under-promise and over-deliver.
I ship through the USPS, first class mail usually. This is the least expensive option. If you need something rushed, let me know before you place your order and we can go from there.
Refunds and Exchanges
Because most of my items are personalized, I do not offer refunds. With that being said, I want you to be completely happy. If for any reason you are not, please drop me a note and we can try and work something out.
