Returns and exchanges
If something arrives damaged, please take a picture and let me know ASAP. If you ran over it with your car, please don't expect a refund. If the postal worker ran over it with HIS car, then we'll talk. I try to be honest, I expect the same from you.
I'll do my best to let you know when your item goes out. Feel free to let me know when you get it. You don't have to let me know, but I won't be upset if you do either and it's nice to know something arrived safely.
If something doesn't arrive in a timely fashion (method dependent obviously) please let me know and we'll work out either a replacement or a refund. Most of my items are one of a kind and I can't reproduce them, but on occasion I can make another that's really similar.
Woodway/Waco, TX exception:
Due to a high number of false and problematic purchases from a customer in Woodway and Waco, TX, I will not issue refunds to purchasers from those locations; I will honor exchanges only and buyer must pay shipping costs. I regret this policy, however 1 rotten apple has spoiled the pie for everyone.
Payment
I'll accept PayPal though I'd prefer nearly any other method of payment. PayPal has a record of being horribly unfriendly to vendors.
I accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover via ProPay. You'll receive an invoice allowing you to enter your credit card information via ProPay's secure site; I never see the number and your information stays secure.
I'll collect sales tax on any purchase heading for MA since that's where I'm located.
Shipping
For items listed with a base Priority Mail rate (4.95) I'm pleased to offer the option of the less expensive domestic rates within the US at $3.00 for the first item, 50 cents extra per item after that. If you would like regular first class mail, please let me know in the "Message to Seller" box upon check out.
If you see a shipping rate of 15.00 on an item, don't get too upset, it may not actually be that high and I'll refund you the difference if it turns out to be less. I'm selling glass art, not packing services.
I'm happy to combine shipping when possible if you buy within 2 days (and I haven't shipped it yet).
If you prefer something besides USPS, let me know and we'll hammer out the price.
If a shipping cost is less than I've charged you, I will gladly refund the difference.
International customers: I do ship internationally. However import fees, customs fees, VAT, etc are your responsibility. I will fill out customs forms accurately, no exceptions. In addition, I include a copy of your invoice in the box, so the outside of the box will have the correct value on it. Thank you!
Finally, I do my utmost best to ship within 1 business day of receiving payment. If I can't for whatever reason, I'll let you know. Please try to be understanding since if I miss the deadline there's likely a good reason.
