Note from shop owner Hi, my shop is on a bit of a near permanent vacation. "Why", you ask?

Etsy wants me to raise my prices to give you the illusion of saving money. They are going to prioritize shops that have 'free shipping', but encourage shop owners to just build it into their pricing. That's great...if I only shipped to the US and could have some vague idea of what that increase might be. But I ship to the US, and Germany, and England, and Australia. Am I supposed to pick the most expensive destination and bake that into the price for everyone? That's hardly fair is it?

I've always charged actual shipping on my items and refunded any overage. There've been times it cost me *more* than I originally quoted for shipping and I just ate that cost because it seemed fair to you, my customer.

So the shop's closed for the forseeable future. You can read about Josh Silverman's latest bad idea at the link below. Feel free to send him a message about what you think.

Thanks for your support over these years, I appreciate it. I hope to see you again.

Generally speaking I like to make things that have some purpose about them. I like things that aren't just dust collectors on a shelf. However I sell a lot of pendants too, and I love making ornaments. Go figure!

Items in the Mature section are available ONLY to those over 18 or the age of majority in your area.

Accepted payment methods

Paypal Mastercard Visa American Express Discover Apple Pay Giftcard
Accepts Etsy Gift Cards and Etsy Credits

Returns and exchanges
I'll consider a refund within 60 days with a good reason, however I reserve the right to determine what's good and what's not. I'm pretty reasonable though.

If something arrives damaged, please take a picture and let me know ASAP. If you ran over it with your car, please don't expect a refund. If the postal worker ran over it with HIS car, then we'll talk. I try to be honest, I expect the same from you.

I'll do my best to let you know when your item goes out. Feel free to let me know when you get it. You don't have to let me know, but I won't be upset if you do either and it's nice to know something arrived safely.

If something doesn't arrive in a timely fashion (method dependent obviously) please let me know and we'll work out either a replacement or a refund. Most of my items are one of a kind and I can't reproduce them, but on occasion I can make another that's really similar.

Woodway/Waco, TX exception:
Due to a high number of false and problematic purchases from a customer in Woodway and Waco, TX, I will not issue refunds to purchasers from those locations; I will honor exchanges only and buyer must pay shipping costs. I regret this policy, however 1 rotten apple has spoiled the pie for everyone.
Payment
I'll accept a personal check, but it has to clear before I can ship the item.

I'll accept PayPal though I'd prefer nearly any other method of payment. PayPal has a record of being horribly unfriendly to vendors.

I accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover via ProPay. You'll receive an invoice allowing you to enter your credit card information via ProPay's secure site; I never see the number and your information stays secure.

I'll collect sales tax on any purchase heading for MA since that's where I'm located.
Shipping
For small items (e.g. pendants, marbles, etc) unless otherwise requested I'll use USPS Priority mail (currently $4.95 for small parcels). For other items such as plates, vases, sculpture, I'll check out a few options and get in touch with you to give you a choice. Prices have gone up on the USPS side and they aren't always the cheapest method like they used to be. The increased amount of packing material needed to keep your purchase safe means a larger box which means higher prices. Sad but true. I mean honestly, they're lightweight materials, it shouldn't be that bad but alas, it is.

For items listed with a base Priority Mail rate (4.95) I'm pleased to offer the option of the less expensive domestic rates within the US at $3.00 for the first item, 50 cents extra per item after that. If you would like regular first class mail, please let me know in the "Message to Seller" box upon check out.

If you see a shipping rate of 15.00 on an item, don't get too upset, it may not actually be that high and I'll refund you the difference if it turns out to be less. I'm selling glass art, not packing services.

I'm happy to combine shipping when possible if you buy within 2 days (and I haven't shipped it yet).

If you prefer something besides USPS, let me know and we'll hammer out the price.

If a shipping cost is less than I've charged you, I will gladly refund the difference.

International customers: I do ship internationally. However import fees, customs fees, VAT, etc are your responsibility. I will fill out customs forms accurately, no exceptions. In addition, I include a copy of your invoice in the box, so the outside of the box will have the correct value on it. Thank you!

Finally, I do my utmost best to ship within 1 business day of receiving payment. If I can't for whatever reason, I'll let you know. Please try to be understanding since if I miss the deadline there's likely a good reason.
Additional policies and FAQs
If you have a question, feel free to ask. There are no stupid questions. Well, there are, but I'm not about to tell you that your question was stupid. Besides, as I tell my little one, questions are how we learn, ask away.

I reserve the right to refuse service at my discretion.
