In each listing I will tell you what kind of fabric your tent is made of. I use 100% cotton, fleece and flannel fabrics for my creations. All tents do well hand washed in cold water and then allowed to air dry. The fabric covered foam or plastic canvas, the blankets and pillows can all be washed in your washing machine on a gentle setting, in a delicate garmet bag. You can then air dry them or dry them in the dryer on a low setting. Because most of the tents are made using 100% cotton they may need some light pressing. I recommend that you untie the top ribbons and remove the soft plastic tubing prior to ironing. If you have purchased a tent for a loved pet then I would recommend that you vacuum the different pieces on a regular basis and just before washing.
If you purchased a set with bean bag chairs you should know that the plastic beads used are Poly-pellets and are washable and non-toxic.
The polyfoam used for the base is made by Ameri-Foam. It is Non-allergenic, breathable, durable, washable and orderless. It is made in America.
The soft plastic tubing used in the supports is made by Watts’ located in Massachusetts. It is polyethylene tubing and it is designed for the water lines.
Stuffing is Soft N Crafty which is also non-allergenic, and washable.
Always check your toys. If a piece needs repair please take it away until it has been repaired.
Accepted payment methods
I will accept a check for US purchases only - you must contact me prior to making your purchase so I can change the listing. Your order will not be shipped until your payment has cleared.
If you would like insurance, delivery confirmation, etc. these items are not included in the shipping charges - they are extra and I am happy to provide them at the added cost. Just let me know at checkout what you would like.

Additional policies and FAQs
After unwrapping, lay foam pad on flat surface and place a couple of books or like objects to return it’s memory to “flat”. Just takes a few minutes.
Fold foam in half or thirds and slide through doorway. Work the corners of the pad into the corners of the tent.
Ta Da! You’re ready to play.
If you need to remove the plastic support tubing to clean your tent – untie the top ribbons and gently slide out one side at a time. It is tempting to just grab it at the top and pull but you may crease the plastic that way – so easy does it! To replace just slide one side in at a time – all the way down to the bottom and then slide the other half in.
The ribbon handle at the top of the tent was placed there with the “stuffed” pet in mind. Tell your children not to carry their “live” pets around in the tent as they will most likely fall out and get hurt. Safety first! Only move the tent around when the “live” pets are not snuggled inside.
