Welcome to Musers!

All Musers are handmade stuffed creatures, created (by me, Kathryn Muse) in a smoke-free and pet-free environment.

Custom orders more than welcome! I can create any Muser in my shop in a variety of colors/patterns to meet your requests. I can also create Musers from your or your children's drawings. Please contact me to learn more and get started.

Returns and exchanges

If you are unhappy with an item, you may return it within 14 days after receiving it in the mail, in original condition. I will refund your money, minus the shipping costs.

Payment

I accept payment through PayPal, but know that you don't need a PayPal account to pay with a credit or debit card. When you check out, please make sure that you indicate the correct shipping address in PayPal – I will ship to this address.

Payment is required within 5 days. If you need more time, please let me know, and I'll be happy to work with you, BUT Musers cannot get shipped until payment is received.

Georgia residents will have to pay a 7% sales tax.

Shipping

Orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail within 4 days of purchase.
USPS First Class Mail usually takes 3-5 days.

I ship most plushies in plastic bubble wrap envelope mailers to keep the stuffies safe from the elements and in order to keep your shipping costs down.

Please make sure that your Etsy shipping address is correct as I will ship to this address. If you would like your order shipped to a different address, just message me with the info.

If you need an item faster than general shipping, or if you would like tracking info or insurance on your purchase, please message me to arrange for the extra cost.

I am not responsible for the package once it is in the hands of the USPS. I am also not responsible for damage to the item during shipping.
