All coffee cup cozies listed are READY TO SHIP! Because I cannot crochet to the extent that I used to since my hand injury, I am making them as I am able to and will keep current quantities up to date in each cup cozy’s listing. I am unable to fulfill custom crochet orders/wholesale orders at this time. This does NOT apply to jewelry/art items in my Etsy shop - only coffee cup cozies! About musicgeek90
I was introduced to the crafting world at the age of three by my grandparents, who participated in craft shows frequently and allowed me to help them, as well as make my own items to sell. Upon graduating from college a few years ago, I was using art/crafting as therapy and realized how much I missed having the time to dedicate to my hobby, as well as how happy it made me. It was then that I decided to take this seriously and try to turn it into a real business. Creating art is my current career, which is my true passion and my creative therapy. I started with only making jewelry, but have evolved in my artist endeavors, now crocheting, painting, and experimenting with upcycled materials. In a way, it kind of makes me feel as if I am carrying on the creative tradition that meant so much to my grandparents. Custom and personalized orders
I am always happy to work with you on a custom order! Please send me a message to inquire about any custom orders and I will do my best to make what you had in mind, as well as create a custom listing for you. Processing time and price may need to be adjusted for custom orders, depending on any extra materials (and the availability of them) and time needed for the project. Always feel free to contact me :-)
Gift wrapping and packaging
Gift wrapping is available for all jewelry, car charms, and crochet items ONLY BY REQUEST. Please indicate in the "note to seller" box during checkout that the item is a gift and that you would like it gift wrapped. This will include a basic wrapping in nice tissue paper and ribbon, free of charge. I can also include a special message in the card that I include in the package.
Problems In Transit
Once the item leaves my hands at the post office, I am no longer responsible for lost items or delayed shipping because of an issue on the postal service's end. Particularly during the holidays or major weather events, it is possible for an item to encounter an issue during shipping. Our postal workers do their best. It frustrates me just as much as the seller if an order encounters an issue during shipping. If this happens, PLEASE send me a message first before panicking or leaving a bad review and I will do everything within my power to resolve the issue.
Working Environment
All items are made in a smoke-free home; however, I do own 3 cats and a dog, so although my pets do not touch my projects, if you have very severe pet allergies you may want to be careful.
How Items are Shipped
All items will be shipped using the USPS. All items are shipped first-class unless the customer asks for upgraded shipping, for which I will make a custom 'upgraded shipping' listing. I will try my very best to ship most items within 1-3 business days (depending on whether the item is made-to-order or in stock). Processing times are listed in the "Shipping & Policies" tab for each item. Please refer to the processing time listed on the individual item to get an idea of when your item will ship. If for some reason there will be a delay in shipping, I will let you know asap. I am willing to do rush orders depending on availability of materials and the time to dedicate to the project. Please contact me for a rush order.
