Returns and exchanges

Sophiecat Creations accepts exchanges/refunds on a *~* VERY, VERY LIMITED *~* basis. If there is something wrong with your shipment, please convo me and let me know so we can work something out. Refunds and/or exchanges (minus shipping and handling) can only be given on unused, unwashed items.

Payment

Sophiecat Creations accepts all payment methods through Paypal, a safe way to use your debit and credit card! Payment is expected within 72 hours (3 days) or your order is subject to cancellation. If you have extenuating circumstances, please just convo or email me and let me know. If you change your mind, please let me know as soon as possible so the item can be relisted.

If you choose to use the eCheck option through Paypal, I will ship your item as soon as I receive confirmation that your check has cleared.

Shipping

I normally ship items through the USPS utilizing either Priority Mail or First Class for smaller items. Shipping fees for Sophiecat Creations items cover actual shipping, handling/supply fees (such as etsy fees, paypal fees, etc.). We will never ask you to cover these outside of the listed shipping fees!

I print my labels through Paypal shipping which includes Delivery Confirmation, if you require Insurance, Signature Required Delivery or Expedited Delivery please convo me before purchasing so I can get you a shipping quote!
