Frequently asked questions
Custom and personalized orders

YES! I'd love to create a personalized item just for you!
My 'thing' is to create personalized artworks with customized details and profile faces, such as Watercolor Portraits (originals, not a print!) or Paper cut Portraits. You can find them in my "Premium" Category. If you have something in mind that you'd love for me to create just for you, please send your request through e-mail and I will get back to you within 12 hours with all the information you need (processing time, shipping times, costs, etc.)

Gift wrapping and packaging

I create an handmade wrapping paper (a Crepe Paper, a Kraft Paper, Dry flowers and little embellishments). Then, I insert the wrapped artwork into a high-quality box and secure the box from all sizes so the artwork won't move during shipping. I add a handmade card for you to write your personal note. If you want, I can write an handwritten note FOR FREE (need to know in advance, so I'll be able to add it before the packaging process is completed).
