Returns and exchange details
Since our items are personalized just for you, we do not accept returns or give refunds. If a product is defective upon delivery, we are happy to replace and reship - please provide pictures within 48 hours of delivery. Please make sure all colors, fonts, names, monograms, etc. are correct at the time of purchase as all purchases are FINAL. If at any time returns are permitted, Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the item. Items must be shipped with tracking and insurance for the full value of the item. Refunds will not be issued until the item has been received with all tags intact and does not show any signs of wear or use. We do not accept returns on items that have been used, worn or show signs of wear and tear. Refunds will not include the original shipping charges and will be for the price of the item only and subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Payment
All orders must be paid for at time of purchase. We accept credit card and debit card via PayPal and Etsy Direct Checkout.

All orders for residents of the state of Texas will be charged 8.25% sales tax at checkout.
Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped in the order that they are received. Please refrain from contacting us on the status of your order until after the estimated "ship by" period. All orders are shipped with a tracking number allowing for delivery confirmation. Must Be Monogrammed is not responsible for your order after it has been handed over to the carrier. We do our best to get your order to you in a timely fashion. However, we have no control over the carrier's shipping times or transit routes.

Must Be Monogrammed is not responsible for a mistyped address, mis-delivered, lost or stolen packages. For any change of address requests, please notify us immediately after your order has been placed to change your shipping address as we sometimes ship same day.

Please contact us if you'd like to purchase additional insurance for your package. Packages come with the standard insurance provided by the chosen shipping method/carrier.

Most items are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. On occasion, orders will ship via FedEx Express or Ground Home Delivery at our discretion.

We gladly accept custom and group orders. Please send us a message if you are ordering multiple products and we will create a custom listing just for you! We are licensed for 21 sororities and fraternities and welcome group orders for Bid Day, Big/Little or other events.

When will my order ship?

Production time for each product can be found on each products listing page. We process orders in the order in which they are received. Our usual turnaround on personalized items is 2-10 business days, but we take pride in typically shipping much, much sooner!
