5 out of 5 starsI ordered the name necklace for my granddaughter's 15th birthday. It was supposed to arrive the day after her birthday but when I asked if it could possibly come on time, it came the day before her birthday!. Great customer service and she loves her necklace!

5 out of 5 starsLove the products and the seller was very receptive to emails. If I have to report a negative it would be the clasp is difficult to open and stay open until you can get it hooked.

5 out of 5 starsThis is not what I was suppoose to be getting. I would like a refund please. Even though its not what I ordered I talked to the owner and promised to make my order correct once I fixed my rating. I think of this as a forced compliance issue. So im complying. Nothing is wrong with the item other than its not what was advertised. I would like a refund please. Thank you for your attention with this issue. Sincerely, Regina wychelewski
