Welcome to Mu-Yin Jewelry! Everything in my shop is made with natural gemstones, freshwater pearls and precious metal. I have served over 10000 happy customers and hopefully you will be the next one!
Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: All items are made to order and ship in 5~10 days.
Q: What shipping methods do you use?
A: I use USPS as my shipping provider. You will be able to select the shipping method that suits your time frame. Please note transit time is IN ADDITION to processing time. The shipping calculator at checkout will also gives you an estimated delivery date.
Q: How do I know if my order has been shipped?
A: I send out shipping notifications when orders are shipped.Please check your email setting to make sure the notification is not sent to the spam box. All US orders include tracking info. You can also check your order status here -- https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases
Q: I need the jewelry very urgently. Do you do rush orders?
A: I sure do. You can select the rush order option at checkout (for delivery in 7 days) Please contact me prior to purchase if you need to receive the order within less than 7 days. Rush fees vary depending on your location and the urgency of the order.
Q:What if I have other questions for you?
A: Emails are the easiest way to reach me (email@example.com). Phone calls (8435645378) are only answered during limited hours, but I will return phone calls if you leave a message (let me know the best time to return your call).
Paypal and credit cards are the only accepted payment methods. If you pay with an e-check please note there may be a slight delay in order processing.
South Carolina residents are responsible for 6.5% sales tax.
♥ Currently it takes 5~10 days to process your order. Transit time varies depending on your location. Larger wholesale and bridal orders may require a longer lead time; please inquire. You will receive a shipping notification from me when your jewelry is shipped. I send shipping notifications in bulk so you may need to check your spam filter setting to make sure you can receive it.
Default shipping method is USPS first class mail. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout.
International shipments are shipped via United States Postal Services. All customs duty fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
I do not mark international orders as "gift", as this is against the federal law and I could face heavy fines and/or lose my business license. Thank you for understanding.
My jewelry is shipped in bubble mailers and small kraft jewelry boxes for protection, ready for gift giving. If you would like me to include a gift note, simply specify it in the message box at checkout.
Refunds and Exchanges
I accept refunds within 7 days after the receipt of the jewelry. Please contact me if you would like a refund or exchange. Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable.
Custom orders (including all custom Mother's birthstone jewelry designs) are not refundable.

My wire wrapped rings are NOT re-sizable and I am not responsible if you have requested an incorrect ring size. Please check with a local jeweler to make sure you have the correct size before ordering. If you ordered a wrong size and need to return exchange the ring, a 20% restocking fee may apply.
Additional Policies and FAQs
I try very hard to take realistic pictures.I photograph my jewelry under day light without added lighting and try to edit my pictures as little as necessary. I also compare colors on two different computer monitors. While I try my best to depict and describe the colors of my pearls and gemstones, please understand the colors you see may vary slightly because of the settings of your monitor.
♥ If you purchased a ring, did you remember to give me the size needed? Your order will not be processed until I receive the size.
Please note: It is STRONGLY recommended that you have your fingers sized with a jeweler. I cannot be responsible for any wrong measurement due to user error. Remember: a 20% restocking fee may apply to exchange/return a custom sized ring!
