Welcome To my Etsy site! I have been creating and selling my jewelry and other various pretty things for the past 29 years. I started lampworking 27 years ago, and have never looked back. I love it! I take pride in the things I make and guarantee all my work. If there should ever be a problem, please contact me and I will resolve it.
I am always open to doing custom work--just convo or email me.

Accepted payment methods

Accepts Etsy Gift Cards and Etsy Credits
Returns and exchanges
In the sad event that you get your item and don't love it, never fear. Simply package it back up carefully and mail it back to me. I will either refund the cost of the item, or exchange it for something of equal value. Sadly, I cannot refund postage, since that's an out-of-pocket expense for me... but I will ship your new item for free on a one-time item return.
Payment
I take all major credit cards and paypal (which is my favorite). If payment is not received within 24 hours of an order, I will put the item back up for sale.
Tax is charged for Texas State residents.
For Custom orders a 50% up-front payment is required. Upon request for a custom piece, I will post a listing valued at 50% of the total item cost. Once that 50% payment is received, I will create the item and email you photos. If you like it, I will create a second posting to cover the remaining 50% and shipping fees. Once that payment is received, the item will be shipped to you. Questions? Email me at waldrenmichelle [!at] yahoo.ca or convo me and we will discuss them.
Shipping
Unless otherwise agreed, I ship priority mail. Your item will be carefully packed and shipped in a priority box.

In most cases, items are shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment. If there should be a problem I will contact you.

Items are not insured unless requested. I am not responsible for any loss or damage on the part of our wonderful Post Office. If you want insurance, faster shipping, shipping or delivery confirmation on a package, please notify me in the notes of your purchases.

FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: I am not responsible for any non-US postal service errors, and cannot guarantee delivery in your country. I will not list an item as a "gift" on customs declarations, since this can leave me liable for prosecution. The purchaser is responsible for all customs, duties, and tariffs in their own country.
Additional policies and FAQs
All of my items on Etsy are occasionally on sale at different art shows. I will do my very best to remove sold items as soon as possible after a show. Sometimes there are operator errors. If you buy a piece that is sold locally, I will either refund the whole amount or you can select another item of the same value.

Nearly everything I offer is a one-of-a-kind item made from handmade or limited availability materials. However, if you love something that is already sold, let me know and there is always the possibility that I can make something similar.

Let me know if you have special requests like clip-ons for your earrings, a different length for a chain or bead, or a change in preference for silver or gold. I also have rubber backs for french earwires. Just let me know and I will throw them in for free.
