Returns and exchanges
We regret that we cannot refund personalised orders. We will, however, replace any goods which are faulty (excluding postage & packaging costs and those incurred through returning the goods to us) provided that are returned to us in their original condition.
I accept PayPal for payment. You can pay with your credit card (Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover) through the PayPal site. I also accept personal cheques for buyers in the UK, but the cheque must clear before I ship your items.

Please don't worry about the dollar prices if you use a different currency. Buyers in the UK can pay by cheque or postal order in GBP if you would prefer but please contact us first. All payments will be automatically converted to your currency when you pay through PayPal. Any questions, feel free to ask. For payments by cheque, please convert US dollars to GBP using the days current conversion rate. Please feel free to contact me if you are unsure.

Please pay within 24 hours of placing your order. I must have payment before beginning any custom work. Thank you!
I ship all in stock items not requiring personalisation within 24 hours of payment (excluding Saturday and Sunday). I ship Monday through Friday via Royal Mail first class. Custom orders will be dispatched in 2-3 days, depending on quantity. If you need your items sooner, please contact me before ordering for exact timescales / lead times. The rest of the world by airmail (3-10 days, worldwide).
