Custom and personalized orders
I encourage CUSTOM ORDERS, the thing I love most doing is turning other people's desires into a unique object of art!

Send me photos or sketches of your project and I'll do my best to turn your ideas into life.
It can take me from 5-7 days to 2 weeks to complete the personalized decorations you ask me to provide, depending on the type of work and/or multiple firings that the items may have to go through.
Accurate painting takes its time!
Payments must be completed before I start the painting step.
I constantly update my customers with info on my work in progress and send pictures of the items I am working on if requested (it is nice to see how things gradually develop).
Gift wrapping and packaging
Every package is carefully packed and shipped in a nice solid wrapping. Gift packaging with elegant papers, personal notes and other ameneties can be included.
Should the item get broken or damaged in any way (it 's never happened so far!), please picture both the wrapping and the item.
A new shipping or full refund will be provided in this very unlucky case.
Please note that items not delivered due to wrong addressess cannot be refunded, so make sure you are providing your current and correct street address.
Item durability and non fading-colors
Porcelain is highly resistant to thermal extremes and will not break due to very high or low, below freezing temperatures. All my plaques are therefore perfectly suitable for outdoor use.
The colors used to decorate my items, all types of signs included, go through a fixing phase by being fired inside a professional kiln at a temperature around 1400°F. This will leave the colors non-fading and resistant to sunshine, snow and weathering distress in general.

All my oval signs are available with these sizes:
- 12"x 16" (30x40 cm.)
- 9"x12" (24x30 cm.)
- 8"x11" (20x28 cm.)
- 7"x9" (17x22 cm)
- 5.15"x7.1" (13x18cm.)
These are the sizes for rectangular signs:
- 9"x14" (24x35 cm.)
- 9"x12" (24x30 cm.)
- 8"x10" (20x25 cm.)
- 7"x9" (17x22 cm)
- 5.15"x7.1" (13x18cm.)
Signs in different dimensions can be provided on specific request, just ask me!
All plaques are available with holes designed to fix them on the wall by screws or without holes in case of placement with glue or cement. You can select your choice within each single listing.
