5 out of 5 starsI reached out with a customization request on Thanksgiving. I specifically requested no reply on the holiday…but they responded anyway. 😊 Customizations were easily agreeable upon. Mug was received as requested. I ordered a mug with the inside, handle and letting in black. I’m hindsight I wish I would have added “if you can see coffee in this mug it’s not strong enough!”. 🤣. Thanks for the great experience…I’ll be back!
