Absolutely stunning quality. This is my fifth MyArmCanFly creation, and I'm never disappointed! Soon I'll need a bigger you cabinet!

Shipped quickly and got to me in perfect condition (I did panic a little cause the box was roughed up by the usps). The doll itself is wonderfully crafted, the wool is very firmly felted and the blending on the feathers is stunning.

This doll is an amazingly beautiful artistic creation.

About

Monsters and creatures and art dolls, oh my!

I've been making art as long as I can remember. As a kid I loved to play with clay and create elaborate paper sculptures, as well as drawing on anything that would hold still long enough. From 2006 to 2010 I attended the Maryland Institute College of Art as an illustration major, but I never stopped striving for new skills or seeking out new ideas.

These days, I live in New York City with my husband and an apartment-sized menagerie. I work full time and create in the evenings, making one of a kind mixed media art dolls and playing with different materials as they strike my fancy. All of my work comes out of a non-smoking home, and while we have several pets they are kept well clear of my materials.

If you have any questions, I always welcome a chance to talk!

Payment
I accept Etsy gift cards and direct credit card payment, as well as Paypal, and am willing to discuss payment plans. New York sales tax is automatically added to orders being shipped within the state.

All items are sold on a first come, first served basis. I do not place items on hold during Etsy or email conversations, unless we have specifically negotiated otherwise.

If you have a concern regarding your order, please contact me and give me a reasonable amount of time to respond before filing a claim through PayPal. This is for your benefit as well as mine, and PayPal claim abusers will be barred from ordering from my shop in the future.
Shipping
Art dolls are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, either flat-rate in the US or priority international outside the states. All packages include tracking, and will be mailed out within 3 days of order placement. Custom orders will be shipped within 3 days of completion, but the timeline for completion will be determined on a case-by-case basis and given before payment is completed.

I will add insurance at your request, but I cannot be responsible for an item once it leaves my location. In the highly unlike event of a missing package, I will not offer refunds for items lost in transit. Please make all efforts to locate potentially missing items at your local post office. If your package is returned to me, I will contact you right away to work out re-shipment.

If you would like to inquire about special shipping situations such as locations which cannot receive USPS packages, please contact me and we'll work something out.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds will only be issued for defects reported within a week of receipt, and all items must be returned in original condition. Please contact me right away if you are concerned about your item, including possible damage during shipment, and I will work with you to create a personalized solution for your situation. I guarantee my workmanship under the condition that all art dolls be treated with appropriate care.

I want to be sure that you're satisfied with your purchase. If there's anything wrong, please let me know so that we can figure out the best solution.
Additional policies and FAQs
All of my work is created in a smoke-free home environment. I do have a dog and a cat, but they do not interact with my work or my supplies. Despite this, I cannot guarantee that wool creatures will not pick up a small amount of dander or the occasional stray cat hair. If you have severe allergies and are concerned about the environment and handling that my work is subject to, please feel free to contact me to discuss your needs. If I can accommodate you, I will be happy to do so.

Regarding commissions, I am happy to accept them! Please message me if you want to discuss custom work, and we'll figure out the details. I won't duplicate previous pieces, but I will help you bring home the perfect creature companion.
