5 out of 5 starsWe love it! It looks great, both when it's off and on. We just had to make sure to use an LED lightbulb with the white block on the top half. (When we tried a fully clear bulb, the lines on the top of the pendant created a disco/psychedelic effect all around the room LOL)

Why No Returns or Exchanges
With free shipping cost from Bali to USA (and low shipping to some countries) included in our item pricing, please understand that we cannot accept returns and exchanges.
We ship with DHL and DHL shipping costs so much. It's packed by a licensed packaging company, insured, shipped with international shipping services to ensure safety of the rattan pendant lights and other items arriving in the US.
Our main business purpose is that you will joyfully have something eco friendly, with sustainable materials, designed and handmade in Bali, and feel satisfied as they are displayed in your beautiful home. Can this pendant lights be used as a plug in?
They are meant to hang on the ceiling. However, if there's an electrician who can assemble the end plug pin into US standard to the wire we ship, it's possible to use as a plug in. Unfortunately we can't find US standard plug pin here in Bali, otherwise we will do so. Would any electrician be able to help locally? Thanks for asking, sending much love from Bali ❤️ Grace
Can I use rattan pendant lights outdoor?
Most of rattan pendant lights are possible to hang outdoor. They are indeed discovered in the first place to use outdoor, given the characteristics of natural fibers processed from plants grown in Bali and surrounding islands. What might happen is, they discolor a little bit too fast due to humidity and wet, but some designers find it gloriously rustic because of the nature involvement in them. They keep looking for naturally worn pendants here in Bali.
How to clean rattan pendant lights
Rattan and all natural fibers or materials require regular dusting or wiping, I would suggest doing it every month. Especially when they are used outdoor, in contact with humidity, please use dump cloth with soda and vinegar regularly to remove mildew. Spraying softly with anti mildew after cleaning is fine. Expect some mildew with natural fibers, after months of using, because we stay away from hard chemicals in all our products, to maintain it's naturality. Hope this explains a bit. Thank you so much.
Rare Rattan Materials
Some rattan pendants are made with very rare rattan materials, and the supplies are not fluid. Some of them are planted in Borneo island, some in Northern Sumatra, and shipped to Bali. Harvest time is not as often as usual rattan you may see in typical furnitures because they are slow growing but surely they are precious we will love them. So if a custom prototype request needs this special rattan, please be patient in the prototype making progress. Thanks so much for your understanding.
Wholesale availability
We are more than happy to wholesale for home decor store who believe in rattan, bamboo, raffia and various natural fibers to be fit in their collection. A minimum order is required. And since large quantities are taken space, we would suggest to use your local import agency to transport them from Bali to your country. If you ship to United States, you may use Activated Freight, contact person Ryan, at phone number 208-412-4597. Ryan would arrange the shipment using ocean freight and transport from the harbor to your address.
Is the pendant light UL Listed?
Yes, the bulb holder socket is UL Listed.
I noticed another Etsy shop is selling similar Rattan Pendant Light as well for far less than you sell yours for. If it were a small margin, I wouldn't care. Is it possible that Etsy allows scammers on the website or doesn't really monitor them?
It's understandable that we have become inspiration to many rattan makers worldwide and they copy many of our designs. What might be different is, we use only the best rattan materials, with the best weaving artisan craftsmanship and technique we have in the island. Also we ship with DHL Express, in a wooden crate box, insured, certified and direct signature by the recipient to ensure safety. Hope this explains
