RETURN POLICY
My hope is that you will be happy with your purchase; but if not, please contact me within 3 days of delivery if there is a problem.
You may return the item within 7 days for a full refund, minus the cost of shipping and a 25% restock fee may apply. You must contact me before you ship back items. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, damaged items will not be refunded.
No returns on custom orders as they are created just for you. This includes 11x14 and larger prints, pillow cases, shower curtains, canvases and special order items.
SHIPPING
I will carefully pack your items and ship via USPS. Larger canvases and prints may be dropped ship from my professional printing lab.
All US orders come with tracking.
If your items arrives damaged, please contact me within 5 days of receiving your order with a photo of the damage. I will be happy to send a replacement, at no additional charge.
I use your ETSY shipping address- please make sure it is correct.
For destinations outside the U.S., please contact me and I will check on the shipping price.
ADDITIONAL INFO
Frames, larger photo sizes and finishes are available, please contact me.
Wholesale inquiries are welcomed.
I do accept custom work- usually between May and November as it is weather dependent.
