Goods were as expected, lovely. What I didn't expect to pay was the £20 custom charge at this end when told it would be gifted.

I'm very sorry you are unhappy with the shipping issue. The item was indeed listed as a gift. I'm sorry there seemed to be an error. Having you pay for a custom charge was not planned on my end, after it leaves the country it's out of my hands.

About

It Happened one Night...

I'm a huge crafter, who'll try anything once. But if I like something I tend to go all in, and one night I was sitting here staring at a bracelet I had made and realized I could do better, and wanted to share them with others. You might think my work is a disaster, but to me they are beautiful. My Beautiful Disasters

I make my craft items for fun, I sell to share these items with you. But I make very little to no profit on most of my items. Most of the money made is used to buy more crafting supplies to make more items to share with the rest of you.

I donate a portion of my funds from some items to Remember Betty to help find a cure for Breast Cancer.

Shipping
I use CanadaPost to ship my items, and items will be shipped within a week or two after ordering. I try to ship them out as quick as possible but as everything is made to order it does take time to finish items. Please be aware that shipping times vary depending on location it can take anywhere from 8-32 days for your package to arrive when it finally ships. If you have a specific deadline for an item, please CONTACT me before ordering so I can see if it is possible to complete.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do not offer refunds on completed items so please make sure you order correctly. If an item is damaged in the mail please contact me and If I can I will replace your order. Since I am new to the "selling/shipping" business, I am still learning from my mistakes. If it's not packaged correctly the first time, I swear I'll get it right the 2nd time.
Additional policies and FAQs
Please do not leave negative feedback for me, if you are unhappy with your order or it arrives damaged, please contact me so we can work it out. If an item is damaged, please send me a photo of the damaged item and we'll work out a negotiation.
