1 out of 5 starsI’ve tried contacting the shop multiple times with no response after ordering in the first week of January and no sight of my order although a label was obviously printed and says awaiting arrival at the post office. Needed before I have my second for a present for my daughter which I will not have now. And out the money seems how they won’t respond.

We ship to the address on your Etsy order ONLY. Please make sure this address is correct PRIOR to submitting your order, as it cannot be changed thereafter. We do NOT ship to your PayPal address (if applicable). Thank you!
Packages are NOT insured. Once the package is taken to the post office I do not assume any responsibility for it. If you would like to purchase insurance, please contact me prior to placing your order so I can add it to your order!!
Due to to the amount of international orders I receive, packages sent to countries outside the US are shipped once per week. Once shipped, international packages take 1-5 weeks to receive depending on distance from the US, as well as customs. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE ABLE TO TRACK YOUR INTERNATIONAL PACKAGE, IT NEEDS TO BE SHIPPED VIA REGISTERED MAIL, WHICH IS AN ADDITIONAL $12 USD. PLEASE CONTACT ME PRIOR TO ORDERING TO ADD THIS TO YOUR ORDER.
Canadian shipping DOES include tracking via Registered Mail.
