Hi Paul, I'm sorry to hear that there is a delay in the delivery. I've checked the tracking information and the last update is from 19 December, showing that the item has arrived in the US. In such case, it is usually delivered within a few days, depending on the location. I recommend checking the tracking info more frequently to see the updates. Hopefully, it will arrive shortly. In the meantime I'll try to contact our delivery partner to find out the reason of delay, however, I'm pretty sure it is related to the high workload of shipment centers which is normal in December, before Christmas.
