My current production time is running approximately 1-10 business days (depending on item ordered and whether or not I have the items required to complete your order in stock), plus shipping time. I will always do my best to have items shipped within my current production/make time. PLEASE NOTE THAT ONCE A PACKAGE LEAVES MY HANDS, I HAVE NO CONTROL OVER IT. USPS DOES NOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY DATES ON REGULAR AND PRIORITY MAIL, THEREFORE I CANNOT EITHER. IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH THE DELIVERY OF YOUR PACKAGE, YOU MUST CONTACT YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE FOR ASSISTANCE.

You have the choice to upgrade shipping to Priority Shipping. Priority Shipping does not include Rush service. It is simply an upgrade from regular shipping to Priority Shipping. While I do take a very limited number of Rush jobs, it is important that you contact me prior to purchasing the Rush Add on listing in my shop to ensure I have the time and materials in stock to make your order and get it to you as quickly as possible. If you do not contact me prior to purchasing my Rush Add on listing, it may result in your order being cancelled as I may not have the time and/or materials in stock to complete your order by date needed.

PLEASE BE SURE TO LEAVE ALL PERTINENT INFORMATION DURING CHECKOUT (I.E., NAME AND BIRTH NUMBER FOR PERSONALIZATION, ETC. I RECOMMEND YOU CHECK YOUR ETSY ACCOUNT E-MAIL PERIODICALLY TO AVOID DELAY IN PROCESSING, AS I MAY NEED TO CONTACT YOU WITH QUESTIONS CONCERNING YOUR ORDER.

WHEN PLACING AN ORDER, PLEASE BE SURE TO DOUBLE CHECK THE ADDRESS YOU HAVE ON FILE WITH ETSY FOR ACCURACY AND TO ENSURE IT IS CORRECT. THIS IS THE ADDRESS YOUR ORDER WILL SHIP TO. RETURNED PACKAGES WILL BE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEES IF I MUST RESHIP YOUR PACKAGE DUE TO AN INCORRECT ADDRESS.

Please note that fabric and thread color lots can slightly differ due to the fact that when when fabric and thread supplies are reordered they may not be produced from the exact same color lot. There can also be color differences due to monitor display differences, lighting differences at time photos are taken for my listings etc. As such, colors may not be exactly as shown in listing photos. If you have an issue with this, it is best not to order as refunds will not be given.

I can create a birthday shirt for your child in just about any theme imaginable. I accept custom orders whenever possible and will do my best to accommodate your request.

In addition to custom birthday shirts, I also offer embroidery/monogramming on many other items, such as heirloom baby blankets, bibs, burp cloths, party hats, dinner napkins, cocktail napkins, wedding dress labels, wreath sashes, towels and so much more.

All of my embroidered items are stitched on a commercial multi-needle machine for professional results using premium fabrics and supplies.

I specialize not only in birthday shirts, but personalized children's clothing and monogrammed gifts for all occasions. My designs are available in custom colors and on sweatshirts, keepsake birthday hats, tooth fairy pillows, beach towels, heirloom blankets, dresses, bibs, burp cloths, baby blankets, pillow cases, layette gowns, and quilt blocks etc. I am happy to quote you on pricing.

I use a variety of t-shirts, bodysuits and dresses from several different carefully selected manufacturers, including ARB Blanks, Blanks Boutique, Love that Cotton, Bella Canvas, Gildan, Monag and Carters etc. I am happy to give the measurements of the shirts and bodysuits I currently have available. Please ask if you are unsure as to what size to order.

I have many years of experience in machine embroidery and have sold literally thousands of shirts locally and on Etsy. I take great care in creating each and every order. My goal is to ensure you will be happy with your purchase.

There may be occasions when a fabric, thread color, ribbon, or other trim is unavailable or becomes discontinued. I reserve the right to make comparable substitutions. Substitutions will be made using similar colors or theme when possible. The fabrics, ribbons and trims I use will always coordinate perfectly!

Refunds and Cancellations

I do I not accept returns or cancellations so please make your purchases carefully. However, if I have made a mistake, please contact me immediately upon receipt of order (no later than 2 days from receipt of order) and rest assured I will certainly make it right for you.

My Birthday Shirt Shop will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once a package has been shipped it is out of my control. If there is an issue with the delivery of your package, you will need to contact your postal carrier for assistance.
