Buyer had difficulty locating the download function on Etsy. File was emailed to the buyer. It was determined Etsy application does not allow for download and one must log in to their account via website. Buyer reports that the PDF did not print. Shop has refunded her for her frustrations; however, it does not appear as though there is anything wrong with the product she purchased. Email attempts to provide support and the shop did what they could from a customer service aspect.

Apologies for the delay. My family was in the middle of a Permanent Change of Duty Assignment from the United States to Africa. I acknowledged this in the emails, once we had internet. Etsy blocks IP addresses from Africa, so we needed to find a way to work around. I apologize that you thought the PDF sewing pattern was an actual purse and I was unable to refund due to instant download of the PDF file.
