Returns and exchanges

Your happiness in my product is very important to me...

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can ship the item back at your cost and I will refund you your money (minus shipping charges). If an there is an error or problem with the item, I must be contacted to be told of a return within 3 days of receiving the item in order to do a return. Shipping charges will only be refunded if there is an error on our part.

Payment

I accept Paypal. A 9% sales tax is added to any orders shipped within California.

If the order is not paid within 5 days, the order will be cancelled. Please email or convo me if you are having trouble figuring out how to do payment (sometimes I get confused too!).

Shipping

All items are made once the order has been place, and currently please allow 7-10 business days for the completion of your order before it is shipped out. If your item is needed much sooner, please convo me and I will be glad to work with you!

All items are shipped USPS First Class without insurance. Also, items are shipped to your ETSY address, therefore please make sure the address is correct.

We will not be held responsible for lost orders. If you wish, you can order insurance on your shipment by sending me a convo prior to your purchase and I will invoice you accordingly.
