The cup is poorly glazed. There are several ugly spots near the handle. I wouldn't purchase from this shop again.

The cup arrived in pieces, damaged during shipping. I did message the shop and received no reply after 5 days.

The owner shipped the wrong color. I got yellowy-bisque but had ordered white. I did message her and received no reply after 5 days.

These ornaments are to be treasured! Beautiful in detail and design, just as the photographs in the shop. The colours are lovely and organic, reminiscent of a 'country Christmas'. I enjoyed the fact this came from Turkey. Carefully packaged, these will grace my Christmas tree for many years. I'll have to remember this for 2011. Thank you so much. Vanessa

Disappointed these did not arrive for Christmas, but the mailing issue was not the seller's fault. Ordered Dec. 7 and shipped the next day but arrived Jan. 6. Excellent packaging. Happy with the purchase. Thank you.
