Hello, and welcome to My Cozy Boutique! Here, you’ll find only the highest quality, softest knitwear in the world! Whether you’re on a mission to find the perfect gift or you’re hunting for some seriously cozy casual wear, you’ve come to the right place!
It’s safe to say that I’m the “yarn-aholic” of the family. I can spend hours cuddled up in the attic, pairing bright colors and knitting the day away. I was inspired to begin this Etsy shop a few years back when a close friend gifted me a handcrafted sweater she bought on Etsy. Not a brand-name piece, or anything from a warehouse; this sweater was different. I could feel the love and warmth knitted into the fabric, and I knew then I’d found my calling. I want to spread that feeling, sharing joy and happiness with others through the best method I know!
I knit for those who’ve grown tired of mass-produced pieces and acrylic production. Once you go handmade, you’ll never go back; the quality and coziness simply can’t be beaten!
When it comes to my ponchos and sweaters, the quality and color are everything. I work with nothing less than the best, luxury, high-quality natural fibers like alpaca, merino wool, and mohair from world-famous manufacturers. I personally visit farms in New Zealand, Australia, and Peru, not to mention the yarn factories in Europe! I always return with suitcases bulging with yarns of incredible quality in vivid colors, two of the most important aspects of any handcrafted garment. After all, cheap yarn makes a cheap look, and the world is gray enough!
We’re a family of two, full of love and life. Three years ago, we left the big city for a small, cozy village of seven homes! Here, our neighbors gather at one table to discuss the news and share the harvest. My husband makes wooden furniture while I knit from wool, draw, and write stories about our travels!

Returns and exchange details
I think that you will be happy with your order. I always create every item as I would make it for my Mom. I choose only yarn of high quality and pay attention to every detail.

However, if there is a problem and you don't like your purchase, the item can be returned.
Provided that the item has not been used or damaged, you may return it within 3 days of receiving your purchase. I will accept the items only in their original condition: unworn, unspoiled, unwashed, no trace of perfume or deodorant. Once I have received the item and verified that the above conditions are met, I will promptly refund your payment.

Return shipping cost is at the expense of the customer.

I live half a year in Canada and half a year in the USA. If your item was shipped by me from Canada and you would like to return it, only packages that clearly state "CANADIAN GOODS RETURNING TO SENDER" and the stated value as $5 will be accepted. If the package is not clearly marked as a return, I will be charged duties on my own product, and so the package will be refused and sent back to the sender. Thank you for understanding.
Payment
PayPal transfers and all major credit cards are accepted through Etsy Direct Checkout or Paypal.
Shipping
All domestic and international orders will be shipped by Canada Post.

U.S and Canada: 4 -9 business days,
Europe: 10 - 14 business days
Everywhere else: 8 - 21 business days

Shipping will be made to the address provided during checkout. Please make sure all the information is valid and correct. The parcel can be shipped from Canada ( May-October) or from Florida, USA ( November-April).

I cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays due to holiday postal delays.

International orders - Please note that I have no control over how long your customs department holds up your package, nor the fees that may be charged upon arrival of your order.

All orders in Canada include Tracking Number to assure delivery. All other international and USA orders are shipped via Standard Air Mail to reduce the overall price of your order. You can choose Upgrade to receive a Tracking Number for the shipping. Please contact me BEFORE ordering if you want the item to be shipped via Priority Mail or Express Mail. I will calculate the shipping costs.

Care instructions

Ironing :

If you find that your purchased garment is wrinkled after delivery, you can simply put it up on a hanger for a few days and it will regain its original shape. Steaming of garments should only be attempted through a moist towel, to protect the wool.

Washing instructions:

Knitwear:

Pour an enclosed Minisoak bag into a gallon of cool water. Make sure there’s enough room for the water to move around and cover the item.
Soak it for 15 minutes (longer is okay), then gently squeeze out the water- there’s no need to rinse. Some color may bleed into the water, but don’t worry, this won’t harm your garment.
Roll the item in a dry towel and squeeze out moisture. Lay flat to dry.

What size of the poncho I should choose for myself?

Please choose the size of the clothing you usually buy for yourself in the store. If I know your clothing size and your height, I'll knit the poncho fits you perfectly.
