All items are handmade and will vary slightly from the pictures shown. Unless otherwise stated in the individual listing, all signs are made with 3/4 inch thick pine. Every sign made is one of a kind! Some pieces of wood used will feature knots, natural wood grains, small dings and imperfections. This is not damage! This gives our signs their rustic handmade look and uniqueness. Your item will differ slightly from the item pictured, it will be made just for you!

You are paying for my time, services and supplies in creating, customizing, and assembling these handmade pieces for your own personal use.

We do offer gift wrapping for $3.

Most items are shipped with USPS Priority Mail, some items are eligible for first class shipping.

We are not responsible if USPS does not deliver within their estimated delivery times. The post office does not "guarantee" delivery dates with Priority Mail. We have no control over the shipment once it leaves our location.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If there are any issues with delivery with USPS we are not responsible for that item being lost, stuck at the local post office, or returned to us. If an item is returned and needs to be reshipped, we do not cover the additional postage.

International Shipping: We are not responsible for any import or custom fees that your item may incur.

You may cancel within 12 hours of placing an order.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact me with a picture of the item and packaging within 24 hours of receiving, so I can file a claim with USPS. Once this information is received, I will create and send a replacement as soon as I can. Damaged items are not eligible for a refund, but we will replace them.

I have run into this a twice so far. From what I was told at the Post Office is that sometimes packages are marked as delivered when they are actually not. Most packages will be delivered within 1-2 days. In the meantime, check with those living in your home, maybe someone at your house stashed it away and forgot to tell you. You can check with neighbors, perhaps one of them thought they were being nice by helping you out until you get home. You can also check with your mail man to see if he remembers a package being delivered and perhaps it went to the wrong house. After two days - see "My order was marked as delivered, but I did not receive it! Part 2".

After the two days have past and all of the part 1 options have been exhausted, it's time to take your tracking number to the Post Office. Ask for the GPS coordinates of where your package was delivered. If it does not match your house, it was delivered to the wrong location by the mail carrier. If it does match, it was likely stolen and you can file a police report. Either way, (for USPS Priority mail) your item was insured and you can file a claim with the Post Office.
