Damages and Loss
If there are any damaged or loss items, please contact me. Please make sure that you include the picture of damage item in your claim. I will
1) Send you a replacement item or
2) Refund the entire purchase with shipping cost.
** ALL damaged items must be claimed within a week after you have received the item.

4-10 items 10%
10-20 items 15%
20-25 items 20%
25 and more items 30%

Shipping
I am also very happy to ship internationally. However, UPS does not give time frame nor tracking information for international shipping. Please be aware that you item can take up to 2 months to arrive.

I am happy to ship it directly to your gift recipient if you provide me with the address upon purchase.
Custom Orders
I am very happy to take custom orders.
1) Alternative hardwares on existing designs can be requested without addition charge.
2) Any designs can be requested to be made with existing fabric for no additional charge.
If you wish to do so, please put in the request at check out.

$1 items are limited 3 items per customer. If you purchase more than 3 items, additional item will be refunded via paypal and 3 items of my choice will be shipped.
