All sales are final..... no cancellations or refunds are accepted.

Due to the variance of fabric, methods of application, and other circumstances beyond my control, customers assume all risks related to the use of my products.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me before leaving negative feedback! I will be happy to assist you with any questions or concerns.
Payment
I accept Paypal, Credit Cards and Etsy gift cards. Orders will not be shipped until payment has cleared. Please make sure to verify the address associated with your PayPal & Etsy accounts, since I only ship to the confirmed addresses on the payment.

All payments paid by e-Checks through PayPal must clear in order for you order to be processed, e-Checks may take up to 5 days to clear from your account.
Shipping
I ship items within 2- 5 business days of cleared payment. I pride myself on my quick turn around service... I can sometimes ship the next business day if ordered early in the day or in some instances same day... if you contact me prior to ordering I can let you know.

All orders are shipped using USPS First Class mail, Priority Mail or Express Mail.

I currently DO NOT ship to international destinations.

I am not responsible for items being delayed, lost or damaged by the post office. USPS insurance is available, please convo me prior to making payment so I can add insurance costs to your order.
