Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
Our primary concern is that you are 100% pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, please email me directly. If we cannot work together to resolve your issue, I will ask that you return the item to MyCrochetPassion via certified mail and/or delivery confirmation. A full refund will be made upon receipt of the returned merchandise. In the case of exchanges, the new item will be sent to the customer once MyCrochetPassion is in receipt of the returned merchandise.
In cases of returns and exchanges, unless different arrangements have been made between customer and MyCrochetPassion, the customer is responsible for all S&H fees.
MyCrochetPassion is not responsible for damages and/or losses during transit. Please let me know if you would like to purchase insurance at the time you place your order.

PayPal, U.S. postal money order, cashier's check.
To avoid cancellation of an order, immediate payment in full is encouraged.
Unless customer has made direct alternative arrangements with MyCrochetPassion, payments not received within 3 days of placing order will result in order cancellation.

Because many of my items are custom-made per your specific color/size request, please contact me before placing an order so that I can give you an estimated shipping date. I will also always notify you the same day that your item has been shipped.
Upon receipt of your payment and completion of your order, all items are shipped via US Postal Service First Class Mail. All items are also shipped with delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.
