Welcome to mycutelobster! I’m Natasha, the owner and designer, and I create clipart, digital paper and illustrations. All designs are original and created by me, from the initial sketches to the final product. HOW DO I DOWNLOAD MY IMAGES?
If you have an Etsy account and are logged in, after purchasing you will see a “View your files” link that will take you to download. You will also receive an email receipt with a link to download.
You can access your files at any time by clicking “You > Purchases and reviews”, and clicking “Download Files” next to your order.
If you don’t have an Etsy account and purchased as a guest, after purchasing you will receive an email receipt with a link to download.
Payment can sometimes take several minutes to confirm. Your files will be available as soon as payment clears.

HOW DO I UNZIP MY IMAGES?
Please make sure you are on a computer or laptop, or using a mobile device that can open ZIP files.
On most computers or laptops, you should be able to right click or double click on a ZIP file and select an option to “extract”. You may require additional software depending on your operating system. If you are unsure please do an internet search for “how to open a ZIP file” to find more detailed tutorials.
On a tablet, phone or other mobile device, you may be able to extract ZIP files without additional software but you could require an app to do so.
I cannot provide you with specific software, apps or tutorials.
ANYTHING ELSE I NEED TO KNOW BEFORE PURCHASING?
Please make sure you know how to use ZIP, PNG and JPEG files.
No tutorials or guides are provided – you must understand any software you are using for designing, editing or printing, and whether or not the images files are compatible.
Keep in mind that there may be variations between the colors you see on screen and any printed items.
PNG images will have transparent backgrounds, JPEG images will have white backgrounds. If you are seeing other backgrounds or borders around downloaded and extracted images when viewing, editing or printing, this is due to the photo viewer or software you are using. Please check your settings or software help guides.
WHY AM I BEING CHARGED ADDITIONAL TAXES OR FEES?
Buyers in some countries will have VAT, GST, QST, JCT or sales tax added to purchases of instant download items. These taxes are charged at the rate of your country or region, and prices will be displayed including the tax. Etsy is responsible for collecting and remitting these taxes, not mycutelobster.

I am not available for any custom work, including color changes or other customizations.
Once you have downloaded your order I cannot provide a refund or exchange. Under EU legislation, if you have not downloaded your order, you have up to 14 days to cancel and receive a full refund.
I do not offer lifetime access. I have no plans to do so at this time. I regularly run large discount sales which enable you to purchase my designs at a much lower price than normal, and feel this is the fairest pricing option.
The lobster image throughout the shop is the mycutelobster logo. It is NOT a clipart image, and it is NOT for sale. You may NOT use it in any way. Do not sell, copy, trace, lend, trade, share or otherwise distribute it in any form.
