DOWNLOADING FILES
If you have an Etsy account and are logged in, after confirmed payment you will see a "View your files" link that will take you to download.
You will also receive an email from Etsy with a link that will take you to download.
You can also access your files by clicking "Purchases and reviews" and clicking "Download Files" next to your purchase.
If you do not have an Etsy account and purchased as a guest, after confirmed payment you will receive an email from Etsy with a link that will take you to download.
Payment can take several minutes to confirm. Your files will be available as soon as payment is confirmed.

EXTRACTING FILES
Make sure you are on a computer, laptop or mobile device that can open ZIP files. It is recommended you use a computer or laptop.
On computers or laptops, you should be able to right click or double click on ZIP files and select an option to "extract". If you cannot, you may require a program or software. If you are unsure, do an internet search for how to open ZIP files on your operating system and follow a tutorial.
On mobile devices, you may be able to tap on ZIP files and select an option to "extract". If you cannot, you may require an app.
mycutelobster cannot provide you with programs, software, apps or tutorials.
USING FILES AND IMAGES
Make sure you know how to use ZIP and PNG files.
Make sure you extract the images from the ZIP before you try to use them.
Make sure you understand any program or software you use, and if the images are compatible. No tutorials can be provided by mycutelobster.
PNG files are flat images. You will not have access to layers or individual colors.
You CAN resize images smaller without loss of quality. You CANNOT resize images bigger without loss of quality.
PNG files will have transparent backgrounds.
If you see backgrounds or borders on downloaded and extracted images, check the settings or help guides of your program or software.

Images are saved individually. They are not provided on a single sheet.
If you want images on a single sheet, use any program or software of your choice to place them on a single sheet.
Images have not been tested with cutting machines, or their programs or software.
If you want to use images with cutting machines, or their programs or software, check the help guides to see if the images are compatible.
There may be variations between colors seen on screen and any printed items.
No color changes or customizations are available before or after purchase.
mycutelobster does not have access to all programs, software, apps, devices, operating systems or methods of working, and cannot provide guides or tutorials.
