Our Story

My Dear Fellow Co. is a specialized paper goods brand based out of Dallas, Texas founded by wife and husband, Samantha and Aaron Johnson.

We strive to produce paper goods of the highest caliber by maintaining a clear focus on detail and excellent design. All paper goods are hand crafted and assembled at the company’s studio in Dallas. My Dear Fellow Co. combines the highest quality materials available to create the finest products. All goods are printed on FSC certified, 100% post-consumer recycled paper made from renewable energy. Samantha is the creative mind behind the brand. She is a graphic designer and illustrator whose focus is to create designs that are whimsical and nostalgic. 

We hope our products are able to inspire you to reach out to those around you and to share a message of love, appreciation, or joy by gifting a personalized handwritten note on a one of a kind paper good.

Returns and exchanges
It is our goal to make sure that you are 100% happy with your purchase, but there are times when a refund or exchange may be appropriate. My Dear Fellow Co. will review each situation on a case-by-case basis. If an incorrect or damaged order is received, a picture displaying the damages or incorrect order is required to be sent to info [!at] within 5 days of receipt. If the claims are determined to be legitimate, a new item will be issued within 2 to 3 business days. Each case will be reviewed individually to establish which party is responsible for incurring the shipping costs of returning the items.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any other reason, a refund or exchange will be processed once the item is returned in the original condition as delivered. The items must be unopened and unused. The shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Payment is expected at the time of purchase, and orders are shipped when the payment is complete. Credit card and debit card payments are accepted and will be processed through a highly secure payment processor that exceeds the most stringent industry standards for safety.
Once payment is submitted, orders will be prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days of the order date. Domestic orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Most packages will arrive in 2 to 5 business days from the day of shipment.

International orders will be shipped via First Class International. Delivery times vary by destination. Any subsequent customs duties, tariffs, or import taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer, and My Dear Fellow Co. will not be liable for covering or reimbursing any of these charges.
