Welcome to My Dog is My Co-Pilot. Everything is drawn by hand first, then scanned and digitally colored by myself. I use the highest quality paper and inks for my completed prints

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please contact me. I will do everything I can to make it right. I will accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receipt. Refunds will not be given on shipping charges, unless damaged, and the buyer is responsible for the expense of return shipping. Custom orders cannot be returned.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact me at your earliest convenience. Please send photos of any damage.

If an incorrect address was given, please note that many of my items I have drop shipped from my partnered manufacturer and I will not receive the returned to sender item(s). In that case, seller (my dog is my co-pilot) is not responsible for replacing/refunding purchase.

Shipping
Most items will be shipped via USPS within 2-7 business days (fabric items may take 7-10 business days). I do everything I can to get your order shipped as fast as possible.


***Please note that some items may ship separate. Textiles and tumblers are created by a third party manufacturer and will be drop shipped directly from them.***

***If an incorrect address was given, please note that many of my items I have drop shipped from my partnered manufacturer and I will not receive the returned to sender item(s). In that case, seller is not responsible for replacing/refunding purchase.***

Some of my items arrive via drop shipping through a third party. If they arrive in damaged condition, please send me a photo so that I can refund your money if needed.

Prints are packaged in a cellophane sleeve and rigid mailer to ensure safe arrival.

***INTERNATIONAL items ship via USPS. It can take up to 30-45 days for an international shipment to arrive, and in rare circumstances a package can get caught up in customs and take a bit longer.

***Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs charges and taxes, applied by the destination country’s customs office.
Additional policies and FAQs
Giclée prints are printed on 225gsm 100% cotton rag fine art paper with a velvet matte finish and a soft texture or fine art watercolor paper depending on product ordered. This eco-friendly paper is made from tree-free 100% cotton linters salvaged from the textile industry.

I use Epson Ultrachrome inks which deliver brilliant, long lasting, water resistant prints that are guaranteed to last for up to 100 years.

Please remember that colors on your monitor may differ slightly from the printed piece.
