Returns and exchanges
♥ Please allow 2 weeks for domestic orders to be considered "lost" and 1 month for international orders (as customs some times might hold your orders for a little longer). I cannot replace parcels marked as delivered.
♥ I do not accept returns on my handmade items (books) for any reason.
♥ If your package was damaged in transit, please contact me immediately and provide images of the packaging and product in as close-to-received condition as possible.
Payment
♥ Cancellations: I will cancel an order if requested within ONE HOUR of purchase, thank you!
Shipping
♥ I do combined shipping on items purchased within 24 hours. Please be mindful when ordering to not pay for shipping twice, otherwise I will have to do a manual refund.
♥ Packages are sent out First Class Mail for small items, and may be sent out Priority for larger items.
♥ Shipping estimates:
• USA: 3-7 days
• Canada: 7-20 days*
• Everywhere Else: 15-40 days*
*Customs processing may be possible and extend the shipping times.

Care instructions
Please understand, my products are not intended for children under the age of 8 due to small parts and the fragility of certain handmade items that can be torn apart or broken with misuse. I would also not like to see anyone hurt due to misuse of our products (some of which are sharp!).
Custom and personalized orders
I am open to custom orders, with one exception:
I do not make single custom lanyards.
Will you send me free stuff in exchange for exposure on my popular tumblr/instagram/facebook/etc?
Nope.
What if my package is charged import/customs fees, will you be paying for those?
No, all fees incurred from anything postal related in your countries are your responsibility.
