Custom and personalized orders
Please contact me if you would like a customized item, and we will work out the details, price and time frame. Work will not begin on the item until you have approved the design and payment has been made. Because it will be a custom order designed specifically to your specifications, these items are not eligible for refund.
Sizing details
Because items are handmade, there will at times be a slight discrepancy in the stated measurements and the finished item. However, I take care to ensure that all items made by me are of the highest quality, and variances in size will be minimal.
Care instructions
Unless otherwise stated, all crocheted items are to be machine washed on cold setting (no bleach), low dryer setting, and iron only with a pressing cloth.
