1 out of 5 starsThe product is very cute, but I was disappointed in the processing and shipping time. I ordered this as a gift 2 weeks before a friend's party but received it 3 days after the party, so I had to buy a back-up gift, which was really inconvenient. The tracking information looks like a shipping label was created 4 days before the post office received it. I paid $12+ for 2-day shipping, but the package spent 6 days in the possession of USPS. Order in plenty of advance if you're hoping to give this as a gift!

Please note that we shipped your package via the 2-day shipping you picked, and we have no control over how the package is handled once USPS takes it. I'd recommend reaching out to USPS and making a complaint. Often, they can make the situtation right.Thank you!

1 out of 5 starsIf I wrote what I really thought about this shop I’d be “swearing” too much. Such a hassle trying to receive my stems -needless to say never got that far to receive them. There was something about this shop that did not want me to get these. Said they sent them but never a tracking number was provided then took forever to get even a replacement in the works. Had to escalate this with Etsy Dispute department. Would NOT recommend! Save your money and get them from a shop who actually pours their heart in soul into their business along with customer service.

We did all that we could to make this situation right for Keri. We sent the original package to Keri, and when she reported that she didn't receive it, we shipped a second one. When she informed us that she didn't receive the second package, we offered to reach out to USPS to check in on the status. Keri responded in an abusive manner. We told her that we would be happy to do whatever we could to make the situation right, and asked that she stop swearing and speaking rudely. She was unwilling to do that, so we canceled the order and sent her a full refund. We pour our hearts and souls into this business, but we do not allow harassment, abuse, or unkind behavior.

How soon will my order arrive?
Each of our items have different shipping time periods. You can check to see what the current shipping time period is within the item listing. Are your silk flowers actually made of silk?
"Silk" is a common term used in the floral industry that means "fake". While some "silk flowers" are actually made of silk, most are made of plastic, silicone, polyester, nylon, PVC, latex, rubber, or other fabrics.
What is the difference between dried and silk?
While our silk flowers are artificially made, our dried flowers were once real and have been professionally dried. We can not guarantee that your dried flowers will last as long as your silk flowers will. Depending on how dried flowers are handled, they are likely to last years. However, then do tend to be more fragile than the silk options.

What is the best way to take care of my flowers?
