Shipping
My posting days are Mondays & Fridays.
Orders must be made before 4pm (UK time) to be packaged and shipped on the next posting day. E.g, order before 4pm Sunday, to have your order posted on monday.

UK shipping usually take 1-2 working days, from the dispatch date, but can take longer.

Non UK shipping can take up to 4 weeks for your order to reach you, usually it'll reach you sooner but sometimes this is not the case.

If your Jewellery arrives damaged:


I will happily send out a replacement. You have 28 days from the dispatch date to contact me.

A photograph will have to be shown, for this process to take place.

Exchanges/refunds will only be made, if i'm unable to send out a replacement, i.e the piece you ordered is currently out of stock and I’m unable to get another one sent out to you on my next posting day.

If your Jewellery is incorrect:

You have 28 days from the dispatch date to contact me about the issue.

Though this problem rarely occurs, once or twice I misread or click on the wrong tab when packing up orders, I am only human.

Please send me an email via the contact page, making me aware of the problem.

A photo will need to supplied of the item you received, and please include your order number along with the photo.

The correct piece of Jewellery will then be sent out for you at no extra charge on the next posting day.

If you give me the incorrect delivery address:

Don’t panic! Just send me a email titled ‘Wrong Address!’ ASAP including the following: Your Order number, your name, and the new address you would like it to be sent to.

If the order has already been sent out, then I will not be able to issue a replacement or refund. Its up to you to supply me with the correct delivery address, and check that this information is correct before confirming your order.

28 day product guarantee. You have 28 days from the dispatch date to contact me if your product breaks, though this is unlikely, I will happily replace any item completely free of charge.

"Help! My order hasn’t arrived yet! What should I do?"

First off, don’t panic.

UK - Please give your order 10 working days from the dispatch date for it to get to you (working days are Mon-Fri, excluding weekends and bank holidays). If it still hasn’t arrived then please contact me.

Everywhere else - Please give your order 20 working days from the dispatch date for it to get to you. If it still hasn’t arrived, then please contact me.

You have 60 days to contact me from placing your order, to contact me if your order hasn't arrived yet. After 60 days I will assume your order has arrived and that you are satisfied with it. This goes for all UK and non UK orders.

During the busy Christmas period (10th of November 2014 - January 15th 2015) There is usually a lot of back logged mail in the postage system, this usually takes a little while to get sent out. Meaning even into the New Year it is still very busy. For this reason please give you order double the amount of time to get to you if you place an order between the dates above, before emailing me to say it hasn't arrived yet.
