Hi- I'm Kylie!

I started metal stamping about three years ago(November of 2012, to be exact). I loved the idea of personalizing special pieces of jewelry that were truly one-of-a kind.
The first six months of selling on Etsy created an opportunity that I have always dreamed of...running my own business! I started in the basement of my house, and recently moved into my very first studio/office space outside of my home.

I left Corporate America in May of 2013 to pursue my dream of running my business full time, and I haven't looked back. I now have four brick & mortar boutiques carrying my line, and a few more in the works. I hope to keep expanding those, our website, and our Etsy business!

Processing Time! IMPORTANT!

Please check my shop announcement for current deadlines and production time. Most of the year, I run between 3-5 business days processing time. During peak gift-giving holiday seasons (notably, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, and Christmas) this changes, often stretching as far as 7-8 business days for processing time. PLEASE check this Welcome Note. I cannot stress this enough- I do not want you to be disappointed or upset! Failure to check my shop announcement for current production times and deadlines does not entitle the purchaser to a refund.

Processing time is the time it takes for me to actually PROCESS your order, and is NOT the estimate of when you should have your order in hand.

Can I have an order rush processed?

Absolutely! More often than not, I can work that out for you, but PLEASE contact me BEFORE you place your order. There are times when I do leave my office and won't be here to fulfill that request, or my workload may be too heavy. Most of the time I will be able to help, but in case I can't, I don't want you to be disappointed!

Simply selecting an upgraded shipping method without prior communication to us will not flag your order for rush processing. We do not see individual shipping methods until we are processing orders in the order that they were received, so it is very important that if you need your order sooner than our posted processing time, you contact us first.

Shipping Information

Items are shipped via First Class Mail. There are several upgraded shipping options available, including the option for First Class Mail with insurance. Please note- once an item has been scanned into the US Postal Service System, I am no longer responsible for that package.

I STRONGLY encourage you to purchase insurance on your package- Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express come with $50 insurance included. First Class Mail does not, unless insurance is purchased. Lost packages are becoming increasingly common with USPS. I will ALWAYS do whatever I can to help with lost packages, but if the item is deemed lost by USPS and no insurance has been purchased, I am not responsible for replacing the items within that package.

Upgraded Shipping Options

We offer expedited shipping options through USPS. Please note- we are NOT responsible for USPS not making deliveries to you as estimated by their website or postal office or by your assumed expected delivery date. We are not responsible for USPS not delivering or placing your package to you, or left in the place you specified or requested.

It is YOUR choice to decide how you would like us to ship your package (i.e- First Class without insurance, First Class with insurance, Priority, or Priority Express). Once the package leaves our hands, USPS is responsible for bringing the package that has been scanned into their system to you.

Can I customize/personalize this item to meet my needs?

Absolutely!! :) That's the best part of personalized items, and we are happy to make this unique to you!

You can personalize your item two ways:

1.) Purchase the listing, and then give your personalization instructions the note to seller box.

2.) Request a custom listing if you are wanting something similar, but not quite like the item shown (ie- you like the bracelet idea, but want a, b, and c instead of x, y, & z.) We can definitely do this for you!

Simply requesting specific names, numbers, etc. does not need a custom listing- this information can all be entered in the note to seller box and we will totally understand it (or contact you if we don't!).

Communication Method

Because of the sheer volume of custom requests and messages I receive, ALL communication MUST occur through Etsy, and ETSY ONLY! Emails sent to the email address associated with this store WILL NOT be answered. This is to ensure that I can keep accurate track of all correspondence including questions, changes, etc.

My ultimate goal is to get you your hand-stamped jewelry as fast as possible. I will ALWAYS process orders first, and emails second- that doesn't mean I will not get back to you, but it may be the day your order is shipping if I have any questions, especially during a peak holiday. During the busy seasons noted above, I will try to respond to all messages within 24-72 hours (not including weekends).

What if there is an issue with my order?

I am so sorry if there is ever an issue with your order! I strive to make sure that every single item that I send out absolutely perfect. However- I am human, and I do make mistakes. I will ALWAYS fix any mistakes on my end, but I do ask that you give me the opportunity to fix the problem before leaving negative feedback or opening a case against my shop. I am a VERY friendly and accommodating person, and I truly want you to be happy.

Once feedback has been left on an order, all sales are considered final from that point forward.
