The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
If an item is damaged you MUST contact me within 48 house of receiving the item. I will be glad to replace the item at no cost to you. You must provide a picture of the broken/damaged item to receive a replacement.
If you are not happy with your order please contact me and I will try my best to fix the problem.
A replacement cup will be sent to you if there has been mistake on my behalf at no cost to you.
If you have any questions please let me know.
Payment is required within 24 hours of using PayPal. After this time, item will be relisted.
Once you purchase your receipt will have a "ship by date" I try my best to ship before that date. If you need something shipped sooner than my turnaround time visit this link
Please note that orders are processed on business days Monday- Friday. If your order is scheduled to ship on a Saturday or Sunday it won't ship until Monday morning. Occasionally I ship orders on Saturday.

Please note that I cannot guarantee when a package will be delivered. Once I drop off the package at the post office; it is in the USPS hands.
Additional policies and FAQs
How long will it take to ship?
I currently gave a 1-2 weeks turnaround time and decals are 3-5 days turnaround time. I try my best to ship before the 2 weeks. If you need something to ship right away please visit my "add on" tab in the homepage of my shop and you will find a "Rush my order" This will bring you to the top of the list and allows your item to be shipped within 1-3 business days of ordering.
Do you ship International?
I currently only ship in the United States.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes, I do. All you have todo is click the "custom order request" in the home page of my shop. I will then ask you a couple questions and determine if I can make your order.
Do you customize color in lettering?
Yes, every listing has a color chart for the lettering. You can choose the color you want and then leave that information in "notes to seller" at checkout.
Do you give discounts?
Yes, I do. please contact me through conversation if you are ordering more than 12+ cups. If you want to receive special coupon codes please follow me on Instagram @drinkbliss1 for promotions and sales.
