Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been made.
Once your order has been marked as "shipped" and once you have received the tracking information, MyKookieJar is no longer responsible for shipping delays or lost packages. Items lost in the mail will not be given a refund. Opening a case with USPS is the responsibility of the buyer.
MyKookieJar is not responsible for incorrect addresses. Make sure to double-check your street name, apartment number if applicable, and zip code.
Orders being shipped outside of the United States may take up to 5 weeks to receive packages. It is the risk of the buyer that the package may get lost in transit. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for any customs/VAT/duty fees.
Refunds and Exchanges
Items lost in the mail will not be given a refund. Please be aware that MyKookieJar does not have control over USPS once it has been shipped. Opening a case with USPS is the responsibility of the buyer. Unless insurance was bought, it is not MyKookieJar's responsibility to give refunds.

Custom orders are welcome but will depend on fabric availability. I will not take custom orders for designs or fabric that I do not have in stock.

At the moment add-on items or combining orders is ACCEPTED! As long as your order has not yet shipped we will refund you the difference in shipping.
